August 2007 - Business founded by Terry Hogan and Chris Green

Jan 2008 - Site goes live with over 100,000 used cars at launch

September 2008 - Henbury Holdings acquires 51% stake in the business

April 2009 - New cars channel launched

April 2009 - Over 500,000 unique visitors for month

May 2009 - Kevin Gaskell appointed as Chairman

July 2009 - Motoring.co.uk powers Fifth Gear website

January 2010 - Partnership signed with Eurotaxglass Europe for valuation service

October 2010 - Customer Contact Centre opened in Macclesfield

December 2010 - New site launched in Beta

January 2011 - New site fully live

December 2011 - Partnerships signed with WhatCar? to power new channel on WhatCar? website

January 2012 - Move to larger premises in Cheshire to accommodate growth plans
