Bought a mercedes c class coupe 13 plate 24k mileage as immaculately described
told by the directors ian & guy that if i had any problems get back and they would sort them out straight away. Only had the car three months of normal driving ( speed limits) and i had a tyre EXPLODE the rear driver side on the A1 HERTFORDSHIRE. Took the car to tyre fitters and they said i needed three new tyres as the other rear tyre and drive front tyre were worn out old and dangerous.
Got in touch with BLUAUTO UCKFIELD and was told they would not pay for the worn out tyres on the car. The tyres on the outside looked fine but the inside tyre wall was the problem flakey and crusted. Only did 4500 miles in a bomb waiting to go off but they washed their hands of it. If you are thinking of using these people i would suggest inspecting the car with a fine tooth comb and not listening to the sales blurb that comes out of their mouths.
