Nightmare experience with this dealer. Was sold a car that broke within 20 hours and was found to be unroadworthy! Dealer agreed to pay for some repairs, but refused to pay for everything that was required, leading to the car breaking again a week and a half later of the same issue. They refused to cover this and even tried to defer responsibility to the warranty provider, despite the fact that they were liable. To make matters worse, this was not as option, as we had tried to contact the warranty provider when it initially broke and it transpired that the dealer had recorded the mileage incorrectly as being vastly lower than it actually was (by 7000 miles!), resulting in the warranty provider concluding that we had driven 7000 thousand miles within 20 hours and the warranty being void from the get-go. After further research, it turned out the warranty provider the dealer had selected wouldn't have even covered the car repairs anyway due to its age and mileage (despite the assertions of the dealer), so the warranty, which had been one of the selling points of the car, was effectively useless. The dealer ignored all further communications from us attempting to find a solution, lumbering us with a totally useless car that was completely unfit for purpose and leaving us significantly out of pocket. An absolute farce. Have since learned of this dealer's horrible reputation in the area. AVOID.
