Discount Cars

Bought a car in November was told cam belt was changed but no proof. Surprise suprise the cam belt snapped and I had to scrap the car. £3000 lost and they blocked me on instagram when I asked how to contact them. Google says the business is now closed

Purchased a car in January, Expecting everything to be fine as its a AA approved dealer! Not even 1 week of owning the car the EML light comes on. Turns out there is a Catalytic Converter problem. I give the car back for repairs and receive the car back 2 weeks later. I did mark the parts with a sharpie before giving it back for repairs. 2 days after having it back the EML light is back on with the same problem! Only to find no new parts had been fitted!!!!! I couldn't give it back for another 2 weeks as i missed work etc. Since then I have repaired the car myself, even though it comes with 3 Months warranty and cover to all parts if anything happens in the first 30 days!!! Since they wont do anything about it. Asked if i can have the new parts reimbursed but i keep getting the same thing over the phone! (Leave it with me) Or (Call me back tomorrow) Spent nearly 5K on a car and should expect it to work as should! Had enough now, load of crap! Shameful! Reported to trading standards, AA and everyone else I can report to because me experience has been a load of S**t.
