I took my car in under warrenty because the imntermitten wipers were not working properly. They reported that they were "within spec". Obviously the spec includes not working properly. Later I put it in for a service. I had to take it back twice and wait around because of faults caused by the servicing. I had asked them to look at a tyre that was loosing pressure. After the service, I rang them up to say it was still loosing pressure. They said "monitor it". I took it back in. They drove it away and I waited. They brought it back and claimed that they had put it in a water bath and found no problems. They suggested I buy a new wheel. I took it elswhere. The mechanic took off the wheel in front of me and immediately pointed to the problem. Air could be clearly seen escaping on a road wet tire. He then removed a three inch piece of wire from the tire. Clearly People's never even looked at it. Guess where I will never be taking my car ever again.
