Where to start….. what a absolutely useless company! I purchased a Range Rover in August for £8,600 and working 24hours of ownership reported an extensive list of issues. Everything from buckled wheels, faulty suspension, faulty steering, door trim hanging off and many many more issues! My Opinion with Poplar Motors is that initially Megan will be really friendly but will be the biggest wet wipe going. Any issues has to go through Dean… I mean if you can get hold of him. My Range was taken to Poplar motors on the 7th of October for a replacement water pump and collected on the 14th. Upon further inspection, after being told they replaced the water pump they haven’t even attempted the fix let alone replaced it. I am currently proceeding through debt collection with Poplar Motors, who are burying their head in the sand along with Close Brothers Motor Finance.
