As previously mentioned on this site my family are very unhappy with this company prospect solihul merc dealers. We tried over a month with many emails to the manager Andy Hill who completely ignored our complaints. The mercedes we bought over £10,000 was still under warranty and let us down whilst out on a family trip. This cost us a fortune to have towed back to Birmingham. We expected the engine fault to be fixed and put right straight away or as soon as mechanics free. We phoned several times and was fobbed off even after many emails. This Andy Hill is a complete rip off and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this con merchant.
