'Monster' From Death Race 2000 For Sale

There have been some terrible car films over the years, but i think you’ll agree that none have been quite as bad as the 1968 film Death Race 2000

There have been some terrible car films over the years, but i think you’ll agree that none have been quite as bad as the 1968 film Death Race 2000, but now you can remember how bad this film was everyday, because ‘The Monster’ as driven by Frankenstein (David Carradine) has now gone up for sale.

‘The Monster’ is a 1968 Volkswagen with a slightly modified Corvette body slapped on top, the car has working engine, lights and indicators, although if you were to consider taking this out onto the road, it would probably be a good idea to remove that funny green spine from the centre of the car to aid visibility.

Interested? The car is for sale at the Volo Auto Museum in Illinois, and all for a reasonable price of £12,256 ($19,998), that’s around the same as a decent new hatchback.
