If you are planning to drive in the snow over the next few days, be sure to check out the Traffic England Website. The Traffic England website is an official highways agency resource, with live traffic information covering Englandís motorways and major A-roads.

You can view incidents and congestion, roadworks and average speed along any stretch of Motorway and most useful of all, real time cameras showing the local driving conditions. There is also a handy traffic map showing all the same information in a graphical format with a zoom feature to get more detailed information of a specific area. For other areas such as Scotland which has had severe traffic disruption over the past few weeks try the Traffic Scotland Website

If you feel your journey is necessary, remember to follow our Winter Driving Tips advice.
