BMW 320D ED

The BMW 320 D Efficient Dynamics is now on sale, this car drives like a BMW 3 series but fuel consumption is similar to a supermini.

A great compact executive car the BMW 320D ED looks like a standard BMW 3 series. It has a retuned engine, lower ride height, longer gearing and special aerodynamic wheels fitted with energy saving tyres. This brings the BMW 320D ED into the lowest category for company car tax costing only £35 per year as all the modifications help the car to emit just 109g/km of co2 emissions.

The engine produces less power than the standard BMW 320D’s but with the revised form and new gearing it is far smoother at lower revs so owners will not use as much fuel at the same speed. The BMW 320D ED has an energy stop-start system and brake energy regeneration plus more efficient electric power steering.
