Jaguar XJ 2010 available to order now
Britain’s favourite luxury saloon
The entirely new Jaguar XJ 2010 is available to order now. The new Jaguar XJ reveals a much more sporting look, the rear end with slightly raked tail lights and minimalist detailing.
There are three engines available with four trim levels. The range starts with the 3.0 litre V6 petrol engine which generates 238 bhp and returns 40.1 mpg. A diesel engined XJ in basic Luxury spec will be priced at approximately £52,500. The next step is the Premium Luxury followed by the Portfolio both of which can be specified with a 5.0 litre V8 petrol engine.
Top of the range is a supercharged version of the V8 which generates 470bhp which is only available in sport trim. This will cost approximately £85,000. All the Jaguar XJ range can be specified with a longer wheel base which adds 12.5 cm of rear legroom which costs an additional £3000.The interior of the new Jaguar XF is ultra high tech one technological highlight is the high definition touch screen display that can be split to allow the passenger to watch TV while the driver follows satnav instructions. Jaguar calls the cabin a 'state-of-the-art living space'. The Jaguar XJ has eight airbags as standard and the car also comes with anti lock brakes, traction and stability controls.
