Kylie Minogue’s Lexus CT raises cash for NSPCC

Kylie Minogue’s personal Lexus CT 200h has raised £29,000 for the NSPCC in a fund raising auction

Kylie Minogue’s personal Lexus CT 200h has raised £29,000 for the NSPCC in a fund raising auction for the charity’s helpline. The car was used as her day to day transport and this association was marked by the addition of personalised headrests with Kylies signature picked out in the upholstery stitching.

Kylie, who is an NSPCC ambassador, said “I would just like to say a huge thank you to the generous bidder who bought my personalised Lexus CT 200h, which I have been driving around for the past year.”

The Lexus CT 200h offers customer’s exceptional savings thanks to the low emissions performance and high fuel efficiency of the Lexus CT 200h’s Hybrid Drive System. Lower company car benefit-in-kind rates and zero annual road tax charges are two of the benefits of ownership. The Lexus CT 200h is also the only premium model with automatic transmission to be exempt from the London congestion charge.

Richard Balshaw, Lexus Director, said “we were delighted to team up with Kylie Minogue to donate a Lexus CT 200h to the auction. Kylie, who is the face of the Lexus CT 200h, has been driving the car throughout 2011 so it really is a unique prize, and I’m delighted it has raised so much money for the NSPCC.”
