New Hyundai Santa Fe
Hyundai Santa Fe now on sale from £21,495
The face lifted Hyundai Santa Fe has now gone on sale with a price tag that starts at £21,495 for the five seat Style version. There is also the seven seat version which starts at £22,249 going up to £25,495 for the auto Premium.
All the Hyundai Santa Fe versions are powered by a refined 2.2 litre turbo diesel which returns 38.2 to 41.5 mpg depending on the choice of auto or manual. Running costs are low for a 4x4 vehicle of the Hyundai Santa Fe’s size and if you compare it against other models with the capacity to seat seven occupants, they look more affordable still.
The standard equipment available give the Hyundai Santa Fe Style models 17" alloy wheels, parking sensors air-conditioning, ESP stability control and an iPod compatible CD stereo with AUX/USB connectors.
The Santa Fe Premium adds 18" alloys, climate control, heated leather seats and automatic operation for the lights and wipers. The automatic gearbox is a somewhat costly £1,500 option but the engine generates an extra 15Nm of torque with it installed. The seven seat option looks more reasonable at £750 and is likely to be taken up by lots of customers. The interior is modern and much more up to date and the exterior has been given minor tweaks for this latest facelift. The Hyundai Santa Fe is a 4x4 at an attractive price with a five year warranty.
