Prices announced for the BMW Mini Countryman

BMW have announced prices for the BMW Mini Countryman which goes on sale in September

BMW have announced prices for the BMW Mini Countryman which goes on sale in September. Prices start at £16,000 for the two wheel drive 1.6 litre turbo petrol One, £17,510 for the Cooper and £20,810 for the BMW Mini Countryman Cooper S. The 1.6 litre version will start at £17,000.

This new BMW Mini Countryman is more than 3ft longer than the original and is also the tallest Mini ever. There is much improved interior space with four individual seats, for extra space the back two seats fold flat. The interior of the BMW Mini Countryman has plenty of kit and includes the same dials and toggle look as the original range. Customers can opt for a panoramic roof and high end audio and navigation systems.

The BMW Mini Countryman has many fuel saving additions including brake energy recuperation, a stop start system and a gear change indicator.

Why is it that pictures of the boot are never shown for this type of vehicle despite being the most important difference, will my dogs fit?

3 feet longer, taller, panoramic roof, starts at £1k. So it's not a mini.
