The all-new Suzuki Swift Sport awarded ‘Best Buy’

The all new Suzuki Swift Sport has been awarded ‘Best Buy’ at the 2012 What Car? Magazine awards. The new performance flagship of the Swift model range goes on sale next week with prices starting at £13,499.

The new Swift Sport is available in five metallic / pearlescent colours which are as follows: Silky Silver metallic, Kashmir Blue Pearl metallic, Cosmic Black Pearl metallic, Cool White pearl metallic and Ablaze Red Pearl metallic. Specification includes auto air conditioning, fog lamps, push button start cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, HID Projector headlamps with headlamp wash and rear privacy glass.

The M16A engine is based on that of the previous model and offers more power combined with lower emissions.

The engine’s high output is combined with improved fuel economy CO2 emissions are down around 10 per cent from 165g/km to 147g/km and a revised exhaust system now yields a sportier note. The Suzuki Swift is capable of a top speed of approximately 121mph and can reach 0-62mph in 8.7 seconds.
