Do not use this garage our car broke down and this was the nearest garage the recovery could take it. When they got the car they said they wouldnt be able to look at it until next day that was fair enough. They then called that same day to say they had looked at it for an hour and hadnt found the problem so were calling to ask for authorisation to look at it for another hour which we had no choice but to go ahead with bearing in mind they charge £70 an hour to have a look! they then came back to us next day to say they still werent sure what it was but thought it maybe the ignition coils and that they would order the part in and if it fixed the problem our bill would be £575 so with not much else choice had to go for it. They called a couple of days later to say the wrong part had come in they would reorder the correct part we got a call a week after they had the car to say that was it fixed it took us a further 2 weeks to get the funds together. I called then to pay the balance on 3 occasions and they gave me 3 different prices going up one minute to £634 then down to £584 then back up to £600 + ! When i argued our corner advising what we were quoted and what we had agreed they brought the price down again to what was originally quoted then when the guy Steven in services went to take my payment over the phone he cheekily tried to take the higher amount as though I wouldnt have noticed but I was well aware what this mob were like now. So when we got the car back we noticed that there was conveniantly another problem with something rattling coming from the exhaust which was definately NOT there when they got the car. So when I called them to advise them they werent interested simply telling me it was nothing to do with them and I would have to pay further for them to have another look at it! All quite conveniant if you ask me they get our car knowing we cant get it towed to anywhere else as it would cost us £150 at least they charge us £140 to have a look at it for 2 hrs resulting in a bill of £575 altogether to have it fixed we then get it back with another fault and they arent interested in it unless we are putting our hand in our pocket to give them more money. I have called a couple of times to speak to someone higher as Steven in services just denies all responsibility telling me they wont look at it further unless we pay more money and even if it is someone to do with them we will have to pay! So overall if you put your car in this garage it will come out with a totally different fault!! STAY WELL CLEAR
