Ford Vignale To Launch In 2015
Ford have released information about Vignale - their new product and ownership experience.
In Europe, more than half of large cars sales with a high specification are sold at Ford. So inline with the progression of economic value, Ford will launch Viganale in two years time to offer potential buyers individual levels of service, quality, design, personalisation and craftmanship.
“Vignale represents the highest expression of the Ford brand in Europe from both a product and from an ownership experience perspective,” said Stephen Odell, Ford president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. “The Ford Mondeo Vignale Concept showcases the features that customers tell us they want in terms of styling and quality, advanced technology and exclusivity.”
At a special preview event at the Langen Foundation Museum at Neuss, near Dusseldorf, Ford presented their vision of Vignale to European media with the Ford Mondeo Vignale Concept.
As the first car manufacturer to feature at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, the world’s leading furniture design show, their interpretation of design comes across well in Vignale.
With the covers off two cars, a Mondeo saloon and estate, the high premium quality of Vignale was immediately obvious. 20-inch Vignale alloy wheels, chrome door handles and mirrors, Vignale badging, a new mesh grille and front end, along with the ‘Nocciola’ brown launch colour, all created a stunning exterior. Add quilting pattern seats, soft-touch leather throughout the interior, embossed scuff plates and luxury floor-mats and this is all packaged to entice those looking for luxury. Modern technology in the car will feature Ford SYNC with MyFord Touch in-car connectivity which will let you pair up your smartphone with the car and the use of Wi-Fi.
“Influences that range from architecture to fashion combine to give the Mondeo Vignale Concept a sense of high quality and a feeling of timelessness – alongside the very latest advanced technologies,” said Stefan Lamm, exterior design director, Ford of Europe.
With more manufacturers opting to further the experience of buying a car, then this premium offering will extend to buyers being treated to VIP events, a lifetime of carwashing, travel benefits such as dedicated airport check-in, chauffeuring services and many more exclusive services.
“Ford Vignale premium services will meet the needs of the customer for whom time is the ultimate luxury,” said Gaetano Thorel, Marketing vice president, Ford of Europe.
Starting with the Mondeo saloon and estate in 2015, Vignale will then be extended to further Ford models.
