Interest free offer on the Subaru XV 2.0 litre Diesel

Price reduction on petrol models of Subaru XV

Subaru have introduced interest free finance offers on the Subaru XV 2.0 litre diesel, models included are the XV 2.0D S, 2.0D SE and 2.0D SE Lux Premium and the offer includes delivery, registration plates, twelve months’ road fund licence and first registration fee. Haydn Davies, Marketing Director, Subaru UK, said “the XV has been equally well received by loyal Subaru buyers and customers new to the brand. The keener pricing and zero-per cent credit can only further strengthen its appeal.”

In fact not only is the interest free offer there to take advantage but buyers wanting a petrol engine will received £1300 price reduction of the XV 1.6 litre petrol model. The four XV variants with 1.6-litre petrol engines, which previously ranged in price from £21,295 to £24,715, now range from £19,995 to £23,415.

The Subaru XV crossover has been noted for its practicality, performance and fuel economy and was awarded ‘SUV of the Year’ by judges on 4x4 Magazine beating off competition from Audi, Kia, Mazda, Nissan and Volkswagen. All XV’s come with a high level of equipment, specification includes ABS, traction control, Subaru Vehicle Dynamics Control (SVDC), front, side, curtain and knee airbags, 17-inch alloy wheels, daytime LED running lights and automatic air conditioning all as standard.  The SE models add cruise control, rear-view camera, Bluetooth functionality and USB/iPod connectivity. The top-of-the-range SE Lux Premium models also come with a sunroof, Keyless Smart Entry, push-button start, leather seats and satellite navigation and all 2.0-litre models are fitted with roof rails.

Highest scores for child protection from Euro NCAP

The XV has a five-star Euro NCAP crash safety rating and one of the highest scores for child protection (90%) in its segment. It also has high ground clearance but with one of the lowest centres of gravity for an SUV, which contributes to its keen handling and road-holding. Darren James, Managing Director, Subaru UK said “the Subaru XV continues to rack up an impressive collection of safety accolades, and since the new compact crossover arrived in the UK it has remained one of the safest cars on the road. Our brand statement is ‘Confidence in Motion’, and the XV’s active, passive and hazard avoidance technologies are the perfect embodiment of this.”

There is no doubt the Subaru XV has firmly established itself as one of the most capable and best value for money compact crossovers currently available.
