Maserati Ghibli and Levante Overview
The Ghibli and Levante models makes Maserati ownership more accessible than ever before...
‘Bold statement, elegantly delivered’
A company famed for its sports cars, you’d be surprised to know that the Ghibli, a four-door executive car, is their best selling model. You’d be further stupefied to discover that more than 90% of all Ghiblis sold home a diesel engine... Although it is a 3.0-litre V6 diesel which pushes out a blissful 275 bhp.
The Ghibli rivals premium competitors such as the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class and Porsche Panamera, but is a somewhat Bohemian choice for buyers.

The Ghibli starts from £51,165 for the V6 Diesel model which has a top speed of 155mph and a 0-62mph time of 6.3 seconds. This model will also return over 40mpg on a motorway journey too.
‘Force of nature’
The first SUV that the Maserati brand has ever produced is going down a storm in the turbulent posh-crossover market. Rivalling the likes of the Range Rover Sport, Evoque, Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes GLE and so on, the Levante brings Italian flair to a typically Anglo-Germanic affair.
Priced from £56,250 the Levante was originally available in the UK with the same 3.-0 litre V6 Diesel engine which is offered in the Ghibli mentioned above, but that was no bad thing. This engine makes the Levante more than competitive alongside the diesel offerings from its competitors.
Now though, Maserati are offering a petrol-powered Levante with a twin-turbo petrol V6 engine and a massive 430 horsepower. Plenty of poke then...
