Meet Your New Land Rover At Approved Used Event
The Land Rover Approved Used Event runs from October 16th – 20th at forecourts throughout the country with vehicles backed by the Approved Used Promise.
Land Rover Approved Used Promise: The Benefits
The Approved Used Promise incorporates several elements. The Land Rover Comprehensive Multi-Point Inspection checks the vehicle's condition. It relates to elements including – but not limited to - the paint, mechanical components and safety features. Faults are rectified using manufacturer parts before it is valeted and marketed.
Land Rover UK and Europe Emergency Assistance provides help following a breakdown or accident. It runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes home start, car hire, re-delivery and accommodation. Cover lasts for the duration of the vehicle warranty.
The Land Rover Approved Warranty is for a vehicle that has covered less than 100,000 miles (at the point of sale). It covers certain mechanical and electrical components, and there is no limit to the number of claims the motorist can pursue. The financial limit is what the vehicle most recently sold for. Examples under seven years old are covered for 12 months – extendible to 24 months - and older models for 6 months (extendible to 12).
The Independent History and Mileage Check confirms that the vehicle's mileage is correct, that there is no outstanding finance, and that it has not been stolen/written-off.
The Land Rover 30 day/1,000 mile Conditional Vehicle Exchange ensures that – if the vehicle has a “demonstrable fault that cannot be resolved” to the owner's satisfaction - it is replaced free of charge with a comparable example. The alternative is a refund.
The Land Rover MOT Test Warranty covers the cost of repair, replacement and/or adjustment to certain components at the vehicle's next MOT. The limit is £750 and there is a £50 excess. Every vehicle is supplied with an MOT, if required.
Land Rover Range
Land Rover has a wide range of vehicles to choose from. These include the Defender which is a long established – no frills – workman-like product. More comfortable is the Freelander which is relatively compact and complements its larger sibling, the Discovery.
Range Rover badged products include the Evoque that has coupé-like styling. Its bedfellow – the Range Rover – is upmarket, luxurious and prestigious. This sits alongside the Range Rover Sport that its manufacturer says is “the most agile and dynamic Land Rover”.
