MINI Rides Crest of Wave
Good news for Great Britain PLC - MINI is riding the crest of a wave.
Good news for Great Britain PLC - MINI is riding the crest of a wave. Consider their line- up, for starters. Motorists choose from the classically popular MINI Hatch three-door, the beautifully crafted five-door Clubman, the practical Countryman, a coupé, and convertible. These come in numerous forms, from economical workhorses to super-speedy thrill seekers. MINI – we suspect – also has plans to launch the Clubvan, which was produced in previous forms from 1960 to 1983. Furthermore, the Prime Minister recently drove the 2,000,000 MINI off the production line in Oxford; and climbed into another in Paris to support the 'GREAT' Britain Campaign. That promotes the best of Britain around the globe. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (including Bognor), David Cameron, said: “MINI is a fantastic success story and I'm delighted that the company is supporting GREAT, our campaign to promote Britain abroad. We want to welcome the world to Britain in 2012 and show everyone what makes our country such a great place to live, work, visit and invest." Tim Abbott, Managing Director for BMW Group UK said: “As a global brand with its roots firmly planted in the UK, MINI demonstrates the best of British manufacturing, expertise, innovation, design, culture, heritage and style. We are delighted to support the “Great” Britain campaign and to celebrate and encourage others to experience all that is great about Britain.”
