New Hyundai i40
The new Hyundai i40 is Hyundai’s latest large saloon and estate model
The new Hyundai i40 is Hyundai’s latest large saloon and estate model which will compete with the Ford Mondeo and Peugeot 508. There is a range of engines on offer including a 1.6 GDI petrol and a 1.7 and 2.0 diesel. The Hyundai i40’s 1.7-litre diesel engine, codenamed ‘UII’, emits just 113 g/km of CO2 emissions which will certainly appeal to company car buyers.
The exterior of the new Hyundai i40 features the signature hexagonal grille which is flanked by two jewel like headlamps. Standard specification includes heated and reclining front and rear seats; a heated steering wheel; and an active de-mist system that automatically detects and clears mist on the windscreen. The interior is well designed with a wrap around instrument panel and centre console.
Hyundai’s customer care package, Five Year Triple Care, will come as standard on the Hyundai i40. The industry-leading package offers total peace of mind, with a five-year unlimited-mileage warranty, five years’ roadside assistance and five years of vehicle health checks. The Hyundai i40 is priced at approximately £17,000.
