New Ssangyong Korando from just £239 per month

Fantastic finance offers for Ssangyong Korando

If you are looking for the practicality of a 4x4 but a SUV then the new Ssangyong Korando could be for you and if you are quick there are fantastic offers available with a £2000 deposit contribution if purchased through GMAC finance.

The Ssangyong Korando is powered by a Euro 5 2.0 litre diesel engine delivering excellent fuel economy and 157g/km CO2 emissions, this new 175ps diesel engine makes Korando one of the most powerful in its class. There is a choice of two wheel drive (S, LE & ES) and four wheel drive (EX) and a full two tonne towing capacity. The Korando fits in well whatever is planned in your day adapting to muddy fields or a quick trip to the shops or the school run. There are five models to choose from with the option of six speed manual or six speed automatic with a choice of trim levels; S, EX and the EX.

Paul Williams, CEO of SsangYong Motor UK said “the SsangYong Korando is a car for today’s tough economic motoring conditions so we have created a suite of purchase plans to help customers buy the car they want in a way and timescale that suits them best. These are sensible, honest, well-engineered cars that will give many years of trouble free motoring, and backed by SsangYong’s 5 year limitless mileage warranty that is a highly reassuring combination.”

High specification as standard for Ssangyong Korando

The Ssangyong Korando equipment is generous, standard equipment at the entry level includes cruise control, ESP with Hill Start Assist and reverse parking sensors while the ES and EX come with a sunroof, climate control, leather upholstery and heated front and rear seats. Air conditioning is included throughout the ranges as is front, side and curtain airbags, a six speaker stereo and a Thatcham class 1 alarm and immobiliser.

The Korando comes out on top when towing, a towing vehicle’s own weight plays a part in stabilising the towed mass. The Caravan Club recommends that the weight of your caravan shouldn’t exceed 85% of the weight of the towing vehicle, but the Korando’s 360Nm of torque from 2000 to 3000rpm (topping Kuga, Qashqai, Sportage and quite a few other bigger-engined cars) allows it to tow almost 100% of its 2180kg gross vehicle weight. All this means it can tow a braked trailer of up to two tonnes, or an unbraked one of up to 750kg, with a robust towbar maximum of 80kg. The road behaviour of the Korando is based on grip and balance so copes perfectly when towing and is still quick when not towing.
