The new Jaguar XF is now available to order, this lighter and more efficient model is packed with technology and is priced from approximately £32,300. The all-new XF range will include the XF Prestige, XF R-Sport, XF Portfolio and the XF S.
The new model has been designed new from the ground up, Jaguar have used the advanced aluminium intensive architecture which makes the model 80kgs lighter than any close competition. As well as being lighter and more efficient the interior is more spacious with increased comfort for rear passengers with more kneeroom, legroom and headroom.
The exterior is luxurious but contemporary and boasts traditional Jaguar craftsmanship, state of the art technology is the most advanced Jaguar has offered, features include reconfigurable 12.3-inch TFT instrument cluster, laser head-up display and the InControl Touch Pro premium infotainment system. The Touch Pro system builds on the intuitive user interface of InControl Touch, and supports all the same features such as InControl Apps, InControl Remote and Wi-Fi hotspot. The 10.2-inch touchscreen and Dual View technology simultaneously allows the driver to see information such as navigation, while the front seat passenger can watch TV or a DVD.
Adaptive full-LED headlights
The XF is the first Jaguar to offer adaptive full-LED headlights. Featuring two sets of LEDs and reflectors, one is for dipped beam, the other for the main beam. These lights generate light with a colour temperature closer to that of daylight than is achievable with Xenon lights which delivers better illumination this results in the reduction of energy consumption They are so efficient unlike the first-generation designs that cooling fans are not required.
The all-new XF powertrain range consists of 163PS and 180PS 2.0-litre diesel manual and automatic; RWD 300PS 3.0 V6 diesel automatic and RWD 380PS 3.0-litre V6 petrol automatic.
