Peugeot RCZ is top choice for ‘Desirable Sports Coupe’
The Peugeot RCZ has been awarded Diesel Car magazine Sports Car Award for the third consecutive year
The Peugeot RCZ has been awarded Diesel Car magazine Sports Car Award for the third consecutive year, this year the Peugeot RCZ outclassed the Mini Roadster and the Vauxhall Astra GTC into runner up spots.
The Peugeot RCZ is dynamic and elegant; the style of the RCZ offers a new experience and energy derived from the original concept car architecture. The sensuality of the car’s double-bubble roof and rear windscreen, combine with its two aluminium roof arches to produce its most distinctive features.
It is also practical offering two occasional rear seats whose backrests can be folded to increase the boot, which already has a generous capacity for its segment (from 384 to 760 litres). The Peugeot RCZ proves to be great value for money with a choice of three engine options. The Peugeot RC-Z petrol returns an acceptable 43.4mpg and co2 emissions are a reasonable 159g/km. The diesel is even more impressive returning 47.7mpg and lower emissions of 139g/km.
