Skoda is top for ‘Customer Satisfaction’

Most successful brand in Auto Express Survey

The 2014 Auto Express Driver Power survey attracted 50,000 respondents who were asked to judge their car in a number of key areas from ride quality to practicality. The top three positions were taken by three Skoda models the Skoda Yeti recorded the highest satisfaction score at 92.78% followed by the Citigo at 92.78% and the Skoda Superb at 91.68%. Skoda also triumphed in five model categories making it the most successful brand in the 2014 survey.

The Yeti’s back-to-back victories in the Auto Express Driver Power customer satisfaction survey makes it one of Skoda’s most decorated models. To date it has won more than twenty five industry, media and customer satisfaction awards, including Auto Express Car of the Year (2010), Top Gear Family Car of the Year (2010) and Honest John Car of the Year (2011). The Skoda Yeti is highly sought after as the model provides a highly attractive package for those in search of excellent value for money, practicality and long-term durability with an eye-catching design to match.

The new Skoda Yeti features a distinctive front grille and redesigned headlights and available as an option for the first time Bi-Xenon headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights. The front headlights are now rectangular and are now located further under the front bumpers.  The layout of the rear includes a new form of tailgate with distinctive tail lights now in even more precise moulded C-Design, optionally available with LEDs, and, in line with the new Skoda look, two cubist triangular elements alongside the new Skoda logo. The new Yeti models have got an all-new fresh interior that includes new 3-spoke steering wheels in seven variations, new fabrics and patterns for the seat covers as well as new decorative trims on the dashboard.

Adding to Skoda’s unprecedented achievements were five category victories, with the Yeti named Best Off-Roader / SUV, the Citigo named Best Supermini / City Car, and the Superb named Best Family Car. The Citigo also finished top of the table for Running Costs, while the Yeti was judged by readers to be the best for Ease of Driving.
