Volkswagen have just revealed the Golf GTI Edition 35, and as the name suggests its been built to celebrate the hot hatch’s 35th birthday.Specification details are yet to be released but power is expected to be increased to around 232bhp from the same four cylinder turbocharged unit in the standard GTI, that means an extra 25bhp more than the standard model. Other changes will be extra markings and lettering, so it can show to the world its not your average Golf, these changes include a new front bumper and and ‘35’ stitching into the seats, and just to make the car even more appealing, customers will get a shiny limited edition key ring as well. Prices are expected to start at £26,550.
