The Vauxhall Corsa SRi 1.7CDTi can be bought for less effort than relaxing in a bath thanks to a 0% interest finance plan (APR representative). Furthermore, the terms can be tweaked to suit your circumstances. You can therefore influence the size of the deposit, the monthly payments and the length of the contract via Vauxhall's Flexible Finance Calculator. The manufacturer will also contribute £500 toward your deposit. If you choose not to increase this sum – and purchase the Corsa SRi 1.7CDTi 16v ecoFLEX 5dr over the minimum twenty-four month period – the regular payments will be £732.50. This totals £18,080 including the manufacturer's contribution which is the vehicle's list price. You could, however, make smaller instalments over any number of months up to sixty so the payments could fall to £293. This, of course, frees-up cash to pay for bath salts, candles, and a toy boat to make bath-time fun. Plus, if you increase the deposit to (say) £5,500 in total this further shrinks your regular instalments over sixty months to only £209.67 - and however you set the 0% finance terms the total cost remains £18,080.
Vauxhall Corsa SRi 1.7CDTi 16v ecoFLEX Review
The Vauxhall Corsa SRi 1.7CDTi 16v ecoFLEX is the top of the range model so it has numerous strengths. These include its 1.7-litre 130PS diesel engine that propels bath lovers to 62mph in 9.5 seconds. That is pretty fast for the class. Furthermore, this supermini averages a more than respectable 61.4mpg, returns 72.4mpg on the extra-urban cycle, and hits 49.6mpg in town. Carbon emissions are therefore only 119g/km which places it in Road Tax Band C. It can therefore be taxed for free in year one then for £30 from year two (at today's rates). The Vauxhall Corsa also has sure-footed handling thanks to its sports suspension, nicely weighted steering, and respectable ride so it is both entertaining and comfortable on the road. It is practical too. As such, this five-door hatchback has a spacious cabin (for a supermini) and class-competitive 285-litre boot. Plenty of room for bath salts, then. Furthermore, cargo capacity can be increased to 1,100-litres by folding the rear seats flat which is similar to the seat-down capacity of some small family cars. This complements the reasonable equipment specification that includes: air-conditioning, front fog lights, cruise control, electric front windows/mirrors and a CD/MP3 stereo. All qualities to consider in the bath.
