New Ford Ka Studio 1.2 Finance

Ford Ka Studio 1.2 Low Cost Finance

How interesting: the Ford Ka Studio 1.2 is available via low cost finance. This Personal Contract Plan's terms include the £2,476.91 deposit which is followed by the first monthly payment of £89. How interesting. This includes a £10 finance facility fee and precedes twenty-three instalments of £79. The total is £4,382.91. At the end of the term the motorist can – if the car is still interesting - make the £4,073 final payment to own it outright. This totals £8,465.91 including a £10 purchase fee and £410.91 interest (4.2% APR representative). Alternatively, it can be returned to its supplier with nothing else to pay subject to mileage and condition. Mileage excess, therefore, is charged at 7.2 pence per-mile and damage according to severity. The latter encourages the motorist to treat the vehicle properly irrespective of whether he/she plans to keep it. Option three is to purchase, then part exchange via a new Personal Contract Plan. Pleasingly, if this city car is worth more than its final payment – perhaps because the market finds it particularly interesting – any difference can pay towards the replacement's deposit. How interesting.

Ford Ka Studio 1.2 Review

The Ford Ka Studio 1.2 has fantastic handling to make it interesting. As such it corners with confidence, has nicely weighted steering, smooth five-speed manual transmission and a composed ride. This workhorse also has a 69PS petrol engine that propels interested motorists to 62mph in 13.4 seconds. Whereas this is modest, it is respectable for the price/class and this workhorse feels nippy enough at town speeds (0 to 30mph). Furthermore the Ka Studio averages 57.7mpg, can be taxed for free in year one thanks to its low emissions and sits in insurance group 2 of 50. These strengths ensure the running costs are low enough to interest every motorist on the planet. The only niggle – and this is not a problem for some people - is that the Studio trim is basic compared to most new cars. It therefore has: power steering, an engine immobiliser, CD player and  MP3 connectivity but lacks electric front windows, power mirrors, air-conditioning and a standard-fit electronic stability program. On the plus side, it has room for four people to sit in comfort and a class-competitive 224-litre boot. This city car's fashionable image and nicely proportioned exterior further strengthen its appeal. And that is interesting to.
