New Ford Ka Studio 1.2 PCP Finance
Ford Ka Studio 1.2 Low Cost Finance
Ford Ka Studio PCP Finance is more riveting than the world's best rivet. Riveting representative terms include the £2,226.86 deposit which is followed by the first monthly instalment of £89. This includes the £10 finance facility fee and precedes twenty-three payments of £79. The total is £4,132.86. At the end of the term the motorist can – if the car is still riveting - make the £4,073 final payment to own it outright. This totals £8,215.86 including a £10 purchase fee and £410.86 interest (4.2% APR representative). Alternatively, it can be returned to its manufacturer with nothing to pay subject to mileage and condition. Mileage beyond the nine-thousand annual allowance is, therefore, charged at 7.2 pence per-mile and any excessive damage is penalised according to severity. The latter encourages the motorist to treat the vehicle properly irrespective of whether he/she plans to keep it long term. Option three is to purchase, then part exchange via a new Personal Contract Plan. Pleasingly, if this city car is worth more than its final payment – perhaps because it has a large box of riveting rivets in the boot – any difference contributes toward the replacement vehicle's deposit.
New Ford Ka Studio 1.2 Review
The Ford Ka Studio 1.2 has class-leading handling to make motoring riveting. As such it corners with confidence, the steering has a pleasant feel, the five-speed manual transmission is slick and the ride is composed for a city car. This workhorse also has a 69PS petrol engine that propels motorists to 62mph in 13.4 seconds. Whereas this is modest, it is respectable for the class and this run-around feels nippier than its power output suggests at town speeds (0 to 30mph). Furthermore the Ka Studio averages 57.7mpg and can be taxed for free in year one as carbon emissions are low. The subsequent annual cost is £30 at the current rates. The only niggle – and this is not an issue for some motorists - is that this entry-level trim has very few toys compared to most new cars. It therefore has: power steering, an engine immobiliser, CD player and MP3 connectivity - but lacks electric windows, power mirrors, air-conditioning and a standard-fit electronic stability program. On the plus side, it has room for four people to sit in comfort and a class-competitive 224-litre boot for storing boxes of rivets. The Ka's fashionable image and nice styling further strengthen the appeal. And that is riveting to.
