" My Subaru Forester is the third one I have owned and all three have been very useful vehicles. Well equipped, comfortable, good acceleration and roomy. Economy could be improved but one always has to pay for one's pleasures! "

" Most incompetent and dishonest dealer that I have ever known. Worst car that I have ever owned. Avoid! "

" A complete pile of poo! Worst car that I have ever owned. Worst dealer that I ever dealt with. I would not trust them to pump up the tyres, never mind service or repair the car. Worst UK importer. "

" Built to last, new in 2003 so now 16 yrs old, only 56,000 miles and good as new. Owes me nothing and I still love it. "

" The Forester i this spec is surprisingly, and once it is warmed up, is also quite refined. It feels solidly built and is easy to drive. "

" Recently acquired this vehicle and have to say I wish I'd got one sooner. It is so ubiquitous, good to drive, handles well, good grip in poor conditions thanks to the AWD and swallows loads when needed. The auto box is slightly slow at low revs but quickly picks up and then the power feeds in rapidly. I bought this as we do a lot of gardening, and it doubles easily as both an everyday car and workhorse when needed. "

" Great all-rounder. Comfortable, quick, good grip and handling, spacious, well-equipped, high quality build, and reliable. The auto box kick-down has a tendency to gather up it's skirts before getting going, but once that it does, it really does fly. The fuel consumption's not great but mine has an LPG conversion which makes up for it. The only thing I can say against this car is that it's pig-ugly! ... but I love it anyway. "

" This model does not use the space as efficiently as the previous model, nor does it seem as solidly built. However, the performance is good and the 4 wheel drive system inspires confidence. It is also an easy car to drive and is well equipped for the price. "
