Display and Email Operations Executive (Ad Ops)

We are looking for an experienced Display and Email Operations Executive. This role is ideal for a strong analytical thinker with a proven track record in diligent display measurement . The candidate must be self-motivated and have meticulous attention to detail operating and managing a sizeable display and email revenue across some of the most prestigious car manafacturers in the world.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement and track display campaigns on-site and across email
  • Liaise with partners and media agencies to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure accurate and efficient roll-out of display campaigns
  • Measure the performance of display campaigns and translate this data into operational changes in advertising to achieve growth of bookings and profit.
  • Design and develop detailed reports using Excel and report to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience of display technologies such as Google Adwords and DFP
  • Knowledge of the digital media space and programmatic advertising
  • Understanding of email marketing best practice
  • Knowledge of SQL preferable
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good relationship builder with agencies and partners
  • Strong analytical skills and diligent nature
  • Ability to work with and influence others in a close team.


  • Annual salary dependant on experience
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus 1 day extra for every 12 months served (max 25 days)
