" So big, so quite, good MPG, easy to park, with sensors or camera system. Great car. Tried BMW X series (to noisy) tried Range Rover Evoke, not bad. Still prefer the Edge so comfy even after a 300 mile run, can get out and just walk away without having to stretch my legs first ! "

" I've been driving the Edge for two months now and covered over 3000 miles already. All effortless, smooth and quiet. For those reviewers saying the car isn't inspiring to drive, I beg to differ. Everyone who has cadged a lift have all said the same, 'Are you sure this is a Ford?' Having driven the MkI in New York Snow Storms three years ago with an outside temp of -30, I was sold then on it's capabilities. Now its here as the MkII version in the UK, its even more refined with more features and toys, especially the LUX model such as mine. This adds the panorama opening sunroof, climate control seats (heating and cooling), rear heated seats for the kids, & uprated Sony 12 Speaker Sound System. It also has self-parking, collision detection, driver fatigue warning, lane warning system, 360 degree proximity detection, even when driving for those who drive far too close to you, pedestrian warning system, and a warning system that detects the traffic ahead and indicates you to back off depending on what speed your travelling. I've taken it on a few long drives which were a breeze to do without any aches or pains, unlike some of the works cars I've used (including the Mercedes GLA which left my thighs sore with its hard seats). The other nice thing? Its so new to the UK, there's hardly any about yet so many a head turns as you drive by..... Something to smile about! "

" Great car, size makes me feel safe, (don't ever want to test this aspect though) It's so quiet to drive, even over a very long drive, no stress, no fatigue! Massive interior, Great FAT Large boot ! All the toys one could ever need ! Love the front triple split camera, for blind junctions ! Auto lights auto dimming, To be honest, apart from steering, I'm not really needed, great car, and I love it, thank Ford. "
