5. BMW X5
The new X5 really is something to behold. The cabin looks more like a private jet nowadays with the fine, quilted leather and beautifully crafted features such as the optional crystal gear selector which responds to mood lighting in the ‘CraftedClarity Glass’ option. You can also spec an X5 with the ‘sky lounge’ pack which is basically a massive panoramic sunroof which stretches from corner to corner of the ceiling, allowing natural light to flood in while also blocking out unwanted road noise. The X5 is on sale now and prices start from £57,640 but you’ll naturally want to go for the M Sport from £61,140 before you look at adding from the vast menu of options.
