" I have been very fortunate in the past and drove Audi's and BMW's as company cars for many years. Since I retired, I was unable to afford these prestegious motors and bought a Ford Mondeo Est which I found very pleasing. Last year I updated my Mondeo and bought an automatic (my first) Mondeo Vignale. The car is excellent! Its very smooth, the finish is first class and it feels more like one of the German cars I drove for many years! Ford have certainly upped their game with this car and at around £10 - £15K cheaper than its German counterparts, its good value. It obviously does not have the same badge appeal but its a great car! " Having brought the vehicle new and have covered 24000 miles the car has needed 2 new tyres and a new battery. Other than that it is economical and on a run a tank of fuel lasted over 550 miles. The size of car is similar to a 5 series BMW for the price of a 3 series BMW :) The car runs quiet and handles well. This is my second Mondeo and I am looking forward to buying the new model. "

" Ford haven't left anything to the imagination with this car, I love love love it and often go for a drive just so I can drive it, very comfortable ,and very smooth to drive. Long journeys I feel refreshed at the end of as the comfort level is so good. A little juicy if you put your foot down to hard???? but really can't resist sometimes, the All weel drive is fantastic it really does. Stick like s..t .... a good all round tick all the boxes vehicle, thanks ford. "

" 1.6 LTR petrol ECOBOOST Start/stop. Had the car from new it is 6 years old now .It is a little underpowered. Neaded a new start/stop battery recently , warning , Start / Stop batteries cost far more than normal leadacid batteries. Otherthan that , space of a 5 Series BMW for £7k less than the price of a 3 Series BMW . Car runs very quiet. Able to drive from Southend on sea to Aberdeen 543 miles , on one tank! Massies of room inside for 6 footers and boot big enough for 4 full size suitcases This is my 2nd mondeo and am looking forward to buying a third :) "
