AWFUL COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY - GO ELSEWHERE. I never ever leave reviews so this shows how important I think it is for people to see. AWFUL AFTER SALES, IMAGES ATTACHED The story is a lot more in-depth but il give the basics. Luigi (the so called manager) has a very bad attitude and does not have any customer skills whatsoever. I will state, before he does. That I own a garage and all he has tried to do is use my occupation as an excuse. (As he has done with many other reviews, I just wish I took the time to read the bad reviews before spending £30k plus) This isn’t a dig towards any other staff other than Luigi. He said that I should have picked up on this while I went on, in his words ‘a lengthy test drive’ because of my occupation. (It was about 0.5 of a mile there and back, it was not lengthy) and I was excited to be purchasing a Tesla. He has ruined that excitement. Phil who originally sold me the car was very helpful and did what he could whilst his hands were tied with Luigi who just talked complete rubbish from the get-go. Picked up a Tesla late February from this company, Arrived, boot lid scratched which they happily sorted out to get the sale. Nail in the passenger rear tyre (even though it had just been inspected that morning) along with the awful wiper blades, something so simple to correct. Unrepairable so gave money towards a new tyre because they couldn’t source one for me to take the car home the same day. Wheels had an awful re spray (which he mentioned they do it like that so the insides don’t have paint runs) no it was a money saving technique and a very poor one. I suggest this was to cover up the real state of the wheels and why they are in such a terribly buckled condition. Took it for a short test drive along their country roads, all seemed well, power handling and braking were all fine. Couldn’t feel a vibration as couldn’t really get up to and stay at a decent speed to notice around bends and tractors. On my journey back to Wales, 20 minutes into my drive as I got onto a motorway with enough space to get a steady speed and smooth enough road surface. The vehicle was shaking constantly through the body. Emailed them the very next morning, said I would check the wheel balancing at no cost to them. (Everything has been at no cost or inconvenience to Luigi) Had one of my fitters check the wheel balancing, not really looking for any buckles as I would have thought a car of such value and such little mileage should be in a decent condition. Balanced, vibration still there. Took to tesla as still under warranty, they replaced 2 worn suspension arms (this was within a week or two of the purchase, as soon as they could get me in) clearly not picked up on ashridges brilliant RAC inspection. They informed me that 3 wheels were buckled and that the drive side front was extremely buckled causing the vibration. I put this to Luigi who simply told me that the buckled wheels were an issue I had caused and that he could have them straightened by a company local to him (like the ones who sprayed the front of the alloys I’m guessing) At a cost to me. (Trade price I think his phrase was) brilliant service. After a week the front wings were corroded, these were clearly touched up to cover this when I inspected it. If needed I will screenshot and upload every part of the conversation to show how poor this guy is as I’m sure there will be a lovely heart warming (not my fault post to follow) This could have been sorted so easily by replacing the damaged wheels but he is obviously too concerned about his back pocket. I hope this review stops people falling into the same trap I did. I mentioned the spray paint on the wheels when purchasing, his reply, 1000 miles you won’t even notice the overspray.
