I would rate him 0. Dealer is fraud. Sold me the warranty that did not exist. Dealt with someone called Jeffon who apparently works for the owner, and when chased him for issues and warranty, he advised he does not work there anymore. Beware of the scam. They sell via ebay but will only accept payment through cash or bank transfer. Avoid !!!

Car not as advertised ,,Engine lights on,,brakes badly corroded,,drivers electric mirror faulty,,speedo had been replaced,no facility for test driving as in a farm yard up miles of narrow lanes,,Proprietor was rude and aggressive when negotiating , and condescending . He actually pulled out 11 thousand pounds he had just received from a customer,,and waved it at me and said,,spend 11 grand then I chuck in a free warrantee ,,guys a goon,,Enough to say I took my money and left and I'm pretty sure I dodged a right wrongen,,,,
