I would like to continue to show my extreme disappointment of this dealership and the way they took advantage of myself and my disabled wife Beware don't use this dealership !

Been a service customer for 9years, had a wait for service booked through their crap Romford call centre for several months on 30th March 2018 @ 12 noon, @ Colchester, arrived to be told no servicing done on Good Friday and it can’t have been boooed in to be done, I presented the booking text from my phone, they then checked and sure enough there it was, my car 12 noon, apologies alround, some one from service will phone me on Saturday, nothing. Normally after a service I get an email from Their Mr Sossi to rate my service experience, this time I mailed him to complain and suggest a positive outcome but alas I wasn’t worth an apologetic call. So all in all WHAT A RUBBISH COMPANY!!!
