WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! If you are thinking of buying a car in this place - VERTU VW BOSTON (previously known as LOOKERS VW) - you´d better find a diferent dealer. We bought a brand new car with cruise control, and after picking it up at the dealer we found out it didn´t have it and nobody had warned us! They promised to fit it in 3 weeks, but they have kept us waiting for 7 months and we still don´t have the car we bought!! And the worst part, they want to keep us waiting longer, and in the end they have left us no choice but to proceed legaly! The worst of all has been the manager, Martin Brown, who has been absolutely disapointing! Please avoid this place and tell everyone you know, we do not want more people to be treated so badly.
