Very honest and up front no Bull//// just genuine service and nothing was too much trouble for him did what he said he would do,After service excellent twice been back to him though out of warranty still managed to help me out,nothing seems to be to much bother.Would recommend him to anyone

Bought two cars off Dean now, first one in 2013 and it has still never failed an MOT or caused me any problems other than normal ware and tear. Second one not too long ago, when I viewed it he told me everything he already knew might need repairing and that he would get it done prior to me taking the car - which he did, but also told me if I find out any other problems on the test drive to let him know and he would add it to the list. Also came with a 3 month warranty. After about 2 and a half months of owning the car it developed a rattling noise from the cam chain. I rang Dean and told him the problem. Within no time he called me back and told me he had it booked in for repair that weekend, no grumbling, no fuss and not even an attempt to get me to pay for half as it was near the end of the warranty (which I've had with other dealers). Nothing but good things to say about him. If I need to get another car I'll always look at spinnaker first.
