The Audi Q3 was awarded the safest car in the small off road 4x4 category by the Euro NCAP for 2011. Euro NCAP’s ratings reflect the progress made and highlight cars designed to exceed expectations on safety and those that fall short.
The Audi Q3 is offered with a choice of a 168bhp and 208bhp two litre TFSI petrol engines and a 175bhp TDI diesel, a two litre TDI will follow. The choice of four engines have start/stop technology and energy recuperation systems.
The Audi Q3 reaches a top speed of 126 mph and can achieve 0-62mph in just 9.9 seconds. It has the potential for 50-plus mpg fuel efficiency.The new Audi Q3 combines the raised ride height, elevated seating position and all-terrain agility of a classic sport utility with manageable city-friendly dimensions. It can seat five with an accommodating load bay. In car technology includes the new generation MMI navigation plus system with online Bluetooth car phone with access to Google services. Prices range from £24,560 for the 2.0 TDI 138bhp model to £31,360 for the 2.0TFSI 208bhp Quattro version with seven-speed S tronic.
