Jenson Button’s 'ho-hum' daily drive is a McLaren MP4-12C. He also own a very special 520bhp Mercedes-Benz C-Class DR 520 one of only 20 made, he has also purchased other trinkets over the years including a Bugatti Veyron, Nissan GT-R, Ford GT, Porsche Carrera GT, Audi RS6 Avant, BMW M5, an Enzo, F430 Spider, 360 and 550 Maranello.

Like Button, Hamilton has been given his own McLaren MP4-12C and is also sponsored by Mercedes for a GL 320 CDI. Hamilton says that the Mercedes gigantic diesel 4x4 is just about the most comfortable road car he has driven and has the most awesome 21-inch AMG wheels.

Spaniard Jaime Alguersuari has swathed himself in Spanish colours by becoming a brand ambassador for Seat. In return, the Spanish offshoot of the VW Group has furnished him with a 260bhp Seat Leon Cupra R. The Seat Leon Cupra R is one of Seat’s quickest accelerating models capable of 0-62mph in just 6.2 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph. The 2.0 litre four cylinder turbocharged engine has recently been modified together with a revised high pressure injection pump within the Leon’s six speed manual gearbox.

The 2011 F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel recently had a car named after him, the Infiniti FX50 S Sebastian Vettel edition. The German driver was also gifted a Mercedes-Benz SL65 Black Edition after winning the 2009 Abu Dhabi GP. Other cars in his garage include a BMW X3, BMW 320d, Fiat 500 and a Volkswagen T5 van.
