The Jaguar XF has been announced as Auto Express Driver Power ‘Car of the Decade’. Acting Editor of Auto Express, Graham Hope, presented Dr. Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar Land Rover and Andrew Whyman, Chief Programme Engineer, XF, with the Award in front of staff at the Castle Bromwich Factory.

Since 2008 over 37,000 examples of the Jaguar XF have been sold in the UK. Since the launch of the Jaguar XF the range has benefitted from relentless development with the introduction of a pair of new 3.0-litre V6 diesel engines as well as the flagship XFR powered by a 5.0-litre V8 engine developing 510 PS. This evolution is set to continue shortly with the launch of a range of enhancements including a new 2.2-litre diesel engine that promises to deliver the refinement and performance expected of a Jaguar yet is capable of delivering over 50 mpg and a range in excess of 800-miles.

The Jaguar XF has a host of standard features that you won’t find standard in any other luxury saloon. One technological highlight is the high definition touch screen display that can be split to allow the passenger to watch TV while the driver follows satnav instructions.
