New Skoda Rapid debuts at Paris Motor Show

The new Skoda Rapid debuts at the Paris Motor Show it will be launched in Europe from October.

The Skoda Rapid is a roomy, elegant and affordable car for the whole family, the exterior boasts perfect proportions, and the front end displays a new take on Skoda typical design elements with the brand new logo standing out on the front edge of the bonnet. The Rapid’s elegant side aspect impresses with a coupé-like silhouette and a clear division of surfaces and lines. The car’s rear end again stands for clarity, freshness and precision: the taillights show the Skoda typical C design in its new shape with a fine crystalline grind.

The car’s extremely generous space offering is the benchmark in the segment. No other car in the segment offers as much knee and headroom and as large a boot volume (550 litres) as the new Skoda Rapid.

The Skoda Rapid offers five petrol and two diesel engines it will sit between the Fabia supermini and Octavia hatch in price and size, it is thought the starting price will be approximately £12,000.
