The Mini Coupe to be Launched

Mini is expanding with the launch of the Mini Coupe

Mini is expanding with the launch of the Mini Coupe. The Mini Coupe can be ordered with the option of petrol or diesel engines.

Outputs range from the 90 kW/122 hp of the MINI Cooper Coupé, to the MINI Cooper SD Coupé (105 kW/143 hp) and MINI Cooper S Coupé (135 kW/184 hp), all the way up to the MINI John Cooper Works Coupé, a thoroughbred athlete producing 155 kW/211 hp.

The exterior look is very individual and sporty with a distinctive roof. The Mini Coupe is a two seater with extended stowage and loading capacity behind the driver and passenger seats. The wide and high opening tailgate makes loading easier. It also gets a new windscreen surround and a heavily raked windscreen, while the rear wings and elevation are also all new. An Audi TT-style pop-up rear spoiler features, too. The Mini Coupe will go on sale before the end of the year.

To be expected after a convertable, but doesn't seem to look right.

Why oh why have they shown us one half covered in bird sh!t? It might look okay without that hideous design but with it, my eyes my eyes!

This is so ugly and looks wrong.

Sorry but I think it is the ugliest thing I have seen in a while. I love my Mini Cooper but would NEVER get one of these

nice looking but the convertible looks better
