Vauxhall unveil the Mokka SUV

Vauxhall have unveiled the new Mokka which will go on sale later this year. The Vauxhall Mokka is a spacious well proportioned SUV that will be offered with three engines including a 1.7 litre turbodiesel and two or four wheel drive. Front wheel drive is standard and the four wheel drive versions will have a system that automatically transfer drive to the rear wheels.

The exterior of the Vauxhall Mokka will boast 18” alloy wheels as standard on most variants, the interior is very versatile with up to 1372 litres of load space and 19 storage locations. The Mokka also features the latest generation Flex-Fix bicycle carrier exclusive to the brand which is integrated in the rear underbody functioning like a drawer and capable of accommodating up to three bikes at the same time.

All models will have electronic stability and traction control, hill start assist and hill descent control systems as standard. Front- and rear-facing cameras will also be offered, the former incorporating lane departure warning and forward collision alerts, as well as traffic sign recognition.
